When you use our platforms to manage your own members, students, patients or customers, the information you store about them (names, contact details, attendance, rank, billing status, health notes where your platform supports them) belongs to you. We process it only on your behalf to provide the service, under Section 3.1 safeguards, and we do not use it for our own marketing or sell it. Your customers should contact you about their information; if they contact us, we will refer them to you and help you respond.

We do not share your mobile number or your opt-in with third parties for their own marketing. Messages you send to your own customers through the platform are yours; see the Terms of Service, Section 7.2.
Where you use an AI feature, the text or data you submit is sent to our AI provider to generate the output and is not used by us for any other purpose. We do not permit providers to use your data to train their models where the provider offers that control.
